As a global electronics manufacturing industry leader, Client A has high standards for its suppliers. The OPT service team, with over 30 experienced professionals based in Zhengzhou, China ensures the successful operation of more than 60 mobile production lines as capacity grows. The team's exceptional performance has earned customer recognition for two consecutive years, from project coordination and overcoming technical challenges to equipment delivery and commissioning.

As a global leader in electronics manufacturing, Client B faced challenges with diverse and customized inspection requirements during the mass production of their new Bluetooth headphones. The OPT service team prioritized customer requirements, collaborating with technical experts on-site to provide real-time solutions. For instance, when upgrading a machine with only dispensing capabilities, the team added inspection functionality within 3 hours, eliminating quality control risks and ensuring the product's on-time launch.

As a global leader in smart manufacturing services, Client C is expanding its Vietnam factory to boost production capacity. OPT deployed over 20 technical experts to work directly on the production lines, focusing on solving challenges in R&D, manufacturing, processes, quality, and cost. Despite limited manpower and numerous machines, the service team worked overtime to meet deadlines. Leveraging OPT's Vietnam office's equipment resources and the team's proficiency in hardware and software operations, we successfully deployed 6 production lines within 2 months.
