The OPT 3D Laser Profilers LPF2 series, equipped with a self-adaptive, high-precision blue laser module and a low-phase-shift module design, deliver superior imaging. With up to 3,200 contour points on the X-axis, far surpassing the industry standard of 2,048 points, they can capture even the most subtle features and changes in an object’s contours. This enables precise detection of minute flaws, such as surface dents and particles.

02 FPGA Acceleration to Capture Dynamic Changes in Real Time

Based on FPGA edge computing technology, the OPT LPF2 series fully utilizes parallel processing capabilities for high-speed capture, with a frame rate of up to 18kHz, which can instantly detect dynamic changes.

The full range includes 6 products, with X-axis widths ranging from 14mm to 250mm. The hardware lineup can directly meet more than 80% of application scenarios.
