SmartAxis Thru-beam System Application

OPT SmartAxis series through-beam measurement sensor comes with dual telecentric high-resolution optical lenses,high-brightness LEDs and a telecentric optical system that constitutes the light source, which improves alignment and angular uniformity; even more than that, high-precision image analysis algorithm, sub-pixel edge extraction algorithm,and the burr filtering algorithm automatically removes edge burrs, black shadows, and white bright edges, greatly improving measurement accuracy.Multiple lighting systems can be applied to meet users' requirements for fast and accurate measurement of complex workpieces.

Post-Wrapping Appearance Quality Detection Solution

This solution is mainly applied to the quality inspection of finished cell blue films, where surface defects are rich, and high inspection speed and precision are required. Different image processing methods are used for various blue film defects, such as dedicated nail detection algorithm, top cover welding detection algorithm, scratch detection algorithm, etc., which can accurately detect and classify blue film defects.

Programmable light source 2.5D application - Fuel Tank Cover

OPT's programmable stripe light sources generate alternating horizontal and vertical binary, cosine, or other patterns suitable for optical projection phase measurement. This technology offers various applications, including curvature contour measurement, flatness evaluation, and defect detection. It is particularly effective for surface and 3D contour inspection of large, smooth objects. In practical automobile appearance inspection scenarios, reliable inspection technology is crucial to verify the correctness and compliance of the automobile paint appearance.

Liquid Lenses Code Reading Solution

The OPT smart barcode reader is equipped with a liquid lens that can quickly adjust the focus. This solves the difficulty of reading codes due to different working distances and reduces the time required for reader movement and adjustment. It is compatible with a wide depth of the field, and the focusing speed of the liquid lens can reach milliseconds, enabling quick reading of codes at different working distances.
