What tasks await you?

  • Business Development: In the initiation phase, you will support the regional sales managers in evaluating potential and developing sales opportunities in new and existing markets.
  • Strategy Development: In collaboration with the local sales managers, you will align the regional sales strategy with the overarching Group strategy and develop the necessary business models.
  • Communication Management: You maintain communication between the teams and manage regional trends, develop market requirements and competitive information for the core battery inspection teams.
  • Bid Management: You coordinate the acquisition team consisting of sales, R&D, application, the involved business units and supporting functions such as finance, legal etc
  • Requirement Management: You assess the feasibility based on the existing product portfolio by analyzing and managing requirements and coordinating the development of solutions with the core teams.
  • Contract Management: During the commissioning phase, you will be involved in contract negotiations and conclusion and coordinate cooperation with the core teams
  • Project Management: After commissioning, you prepare the project execution and handover.



What sets you apart?

  • As a “generalist”, you combine technical and business expertise from the disciplines of engineering with project management skills (e.g. your background is in sales engineering, industrial engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or business informatics).
  • As a contact person for international customers (internal and external), you impress with your professional and authentic demeanor. You have experience in working with sales.
  • Ideally, you have practical experience in the field of image processing solutions
  • You have a good grasp of technical aspects and interrelationships and can coordinate commercial processes with a good understanding of business management, an analytical and strategic mindset and a structured way of working.
  • As a networker and “diplomat”, you communicate technically complex content clearly with internal and external international customers and stakeholders.
  • German as mother tongue or equivalent.
  • Very good knowledge of English, other foreign languages are a plus.
